CIGNA will offer employers ways to motivate their employees toward improved health and wellness by offering various incentives tied to a variety of programs, including the completion of a health assessment and biometric screenings, and participation in disease management programs that focus on depression, heart disease and diabetes, as well as lifestyle management programs such as tobacco cessation.
