IncentOne Expands Performance and Loyalty Solutions Sales Team with Four New
Hires to Deliver Innovative Incentive Solutions to Clients

LYNDHURST, NJ — March 5, 2008 – IncentOne, the leading provider of integrated incentive administration solutions, announced today the addition of four new employees to their Performance and Loyalty Solutions division. The new hires include Bill West, Vice President of Sales, John Zacharia, Colleen Sullivan and Colette Healy as Directors of Business Development.

As the Vice President of Sales for IncentOne’s Performance and Loyalty Solutions division, Bill West provides strategic incentive solutions that help companies increase revenue and manage costs effectively by creating more productive employees and loyal customers. Overseeing his team, West provides IncentOne clients with the tools that command employee loyalty and give them a competitive advantage. With more than 13 years of sales experience, West has worked as a Global Account Manager at AT&T and as a Sales Director for Thomas Financial in their Corporate Services Division. West received a BBA from St. Bonaventure University.

John Zacharia joins IncentOne as a Director of Business Development. In his role, he provides his clients with integrated incentive solutions that motivate employees and gain loyalty with customers. With 11 years of sales experience with global Fortune 500 clients and government agencies, Zacharia brings a wealth of corporate management experience to IncentOne. Zacharia spent five years at AT&T as a Corporate Account Manager where he managed a team of over 40 people, reduced employee attrition through development and implementation of training programs and dramatically exceeded sales targets. Zacharia has received numerous sales recognitions, including several Presidents Club and Circle of Excellence awards. He received his BBA in Business Management and Accounting from Pace University.

Colleen Sullivan joins IncentOne as Director of Business Development and will be charged with helping clients meet their business objectives while creating a more rewarding experience for their employees. Prior to joining IncentOne, Sullivan spent over six years at Novartis Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Sales Specialist, where she received two national awards as well as the 2006 Director’s Award and 2006 MVP. She also worked for Nassau Broadcasting Partners as an Account Executive. She received her BA in Communications from the University of Scranton.

As a Director of Business Development, Colette Healy is responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts. Prior to joining IncentOne, Healy spent five years in the advertising industry working for ZenithOptimedia. She was also a Global Account Executive with AT&T, selling complex wireless solutions to government agencies throughout New Jersey. Healy received her BA in Business from SUNY Albany.
