Michael Dermer
President and CEO
Mr. Dermer founded the company in 1997 and identified the market opportunity for incentives within the healthcare industry in 2001. Since then, he has been guiding health plans, partners, employers and benefit consultants in how to use incentives to deliver cost reductions while contributing to member and employee productivity improvements, along with positive behavior and lifestyle changes. In recognition for his work and the rapid growth of IncentOne, Mr. Dermer was honored by Ernst & Young, New York as a finalist in the Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Prior to founding the company, Mr. Dermer was a mergers and acquisitions, securities and venture capital attorney with Willkie Farr & Gallagher, a New York corporate law firm. He is a graduate of Bucknell University and Northwestern University School of Law.
Courtney Fawcett
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Fawcett oversees all financial, administrative and related operational functions at IncentOne. Court is a seasoned Chief Financial Officer with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, private equity and technology. Prior to joining IncentOne, Court was a Private Equity Consultant, and held positions as a Senior Finance Manager with the IT & Project Management Office at Health Dialog Services Corporation. In this role, Mr. Fawcett provided leadership to the Project Manager and Business Analyst teams, overseeing an $80MM annual budget. Other positions Court held include Director, Budgeting and Financial Planning at Charter Schools USA, and Treasurer/Mergers and Acquisitions Lead at Tutor Time Learning Systems, Inc. Court holds a B.A. in Business Economics from Brown University.
Hedy Foreman
Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Foreman has more than 30 years of experience leading IT organizations for some of the world's largest businesses. Her career includes C-level positions in healthcare, consumer products, pharmaceuticals and energy companies operating on a worldwide basis. Ms. Foreman has reviewed and analyzed numerous potential acquisition targets for her employers and led the integration and consolidation of a wide variety of acquired businesses.
For the past 2 years, Ms. Foreman held the position of Executive Vice President and CIO for Aequitas Capital Management Inc., an alternative investment and private equity firm with committed capital of approximately $350 million in a variety of industries including healthcare IT and revenue cycle management. During that time, Ms. Foreman also held the position of CEO and board member for Evolute Consolidated Holdings, Inc., an Aequitas portfolio company doing business in healthcare IT in partnership with Microsoft.
Formerly, Ms. Foreman held the position of Senior Vice President and CIO for Health Dialog Services Corporation, a private company with annual revenues approximating $300 million. The company is a leader in health plan and consumer health care services as recognized by INC 500 and the Care Continuum Alliance (formerly known as the Disease Management Association of America) for clinical analytics and outcomes measurement.
Prior to joining Health Dialog, Ms. Foreman held senior management positions with Philip Morris Companies (now Altria Group) domestically and internationally for more than 23 years; and most recently held the position of Vice President and Chief Technology Officer (CTO). She had worldwide leadership responsibilities for all the tobacco, food and beer company technology groups including:
- Chairperson for the PM Technology Council
- Technology strategies, investments and governance
- Technology standards
- Global architecture design and implementation planning
- Vendor management
- Technology policies
In addition to her career with Philip Morris, Ms. Foreman held Group Director management positions with Bristol-Myers Squibb; and also in the oil, retail, telecommunications and software industries. Ms. Foreman participated in the Working Council for CIO's, SIM and the Concours Group; and is frequently a guest speaker for CIO Magazine, Microsoft and other industry and vendor events. Ms. Foreman received an MBA from Darden (University of VA) and BSBA with honors from the University of Florida.
David Guda
Chief Information Officer
Mr. Guda is an accomplished technology executive with more than 30 years experience. He brings to IncentOne a breadth and depth of successful leadership experience that includes:

Dave's career spans some of the world's largest corporations, mid-size companies and consulting. During a 14 year tenure at the Altria group of companies where he worked closely with Ms. Foreman for 10 years , Dave led global technology research, development and implementation programs, formed and managed global service delivery organizations, and formulated and implemented strategic initiatives across all of the varied business units. Prior to Altria, Dave established and led an information systems and services organization at Lifetime Television, and he formerly held various IT leadership positions at Pepsi-Cola Company and American Can Company. In the three years prior to joining IncentOne, Dave provided IT and management consulting services to small and mid-sized companies and collaborated with Hedy on several engagements.
Dave holds a B.S. in Systems Analysis (Computer Science) from Miami University and an MBA in Finance from New York University.
