Data - How We Optimize Program Design

Our Intelligence leverages our proprietary data to optimize your program design.

IncentOne has amassed data of over 30 million health incentive transactions. Unlike "surveys" our data is actual data of actual individuals of our health plan, health partner and employer customers taking action in response to incentives.

IncentOne's data consists of the following:

  • Data Types: IncentOne data consists of several types of data. IncentOne marries eligibility, incentive activity, medical data and self-reported data to create a powerful source of information to benefit your program.
  • Data Partners: IncentOne receives this data from its customers and over 125 data integration relationships.
  • Data Sources: IncentOne receives data in the form of data feeds and self-reported data.
  • IncentOne and Third Party Data: IncentOne is motivated to collect data on all health incentive programs - not simply the ones it administers. As a result, IncentOne collects and analyzes data not only for the programs it runs (IncentOne Data) but for programs run by third parties (Third Party Data).

Our data enables us to advise you on the specific Incentive Value required to drive a certain response rate. The following is a sample of our data:

By using our data to recommend Incentive Values, and aligning incentives to immediate, intermediate and long-term actions as part of our TrifectaTM methodology, we use this intelligence to optimize your program design.

Our Process

We apply our intelligence by combining our data and the TrifectaTM methodology to make specific recommendations.  This intelligence is based on the robust data IncentOne collects to optimize your program design. This results in recommendations on:

  • Health Milestones to Target with Incentives
  • Incentive Values for Those Milestones
  • Solution to Drive Those Milestones
  • Reward Type

Our Independence

IncentOne is "independent." IncentOne does not advocate any health program or reward type. It can act as the independent source of data and analysis. IncentOne is motivated to collect data on all health incentive programs - not simply the ones it administers. As a result, IncentOne collects and analyzes data not only for the programs it runs (IncentOne Data) but for programs run by third parties (Third Party Data).
