Why does my organization need to use incentives?
At a high level, healthcare incentives driven by IncentOne's Health Power™ solution will enable you to provide variable incentive solutions that motivate your diverse population to change behaviors. This ultimately leads to higher productivity and added shareholder value over time. Increasingly, organizations understand that incentives are an essential element of an effective health promotion program. Health Power is an integrated incentive solution that can be used to achieve several goals for current or future health programs.
- Participation: encourage consumers to achieve the highest levels of enrollment/participation possible at the onset of any program.
- Engagement: drive interest and ongoing activity in any specific health initiative or program.
- Culturization: "culturize" healthy behavior and keep participants engaged throughout the duration of programs by weaving incentives into the daily activities of the participants.
By implementing an integrated incentive solution, IncentOne will enable your organization to engage participants by clearly communicating that if they take the behaviors that benefit their own health, they will be rewarded. This will lead to the "culturization" of healthy behaviors and the behavior change that drives health cost reductions.
