Founder and CEO
Mr. Dermer founded the Company in 1997 and identified the market opportunity for incentives in the healthcare industry in 2001. Since then, he has been guiding health plans, partners and employers in how to use incentives to deliver cost reductions while contributing to member and employee productivity improvements, and positive behavior/lifestyle changes. In recognition for his work and the rapid growth of IncentOne, Mr. Dermer was recently honored by Ernst & Young New York as a finalist in the Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Prior to founding the Company, Mr. Dermer was a mergers and acquisitions, securities and venture capital attorney with Willkie Farr & Gallagher, a New York corporate law firm. He is a graduate of Bucknell University and Northwestern University School of Law.
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. deCourtivron provides guidance and analysis regarding finance, strategy & control functions and is also responsible for the day to day operations of IncentOne. Mr. deCourtivron brings over 20 years of experience in operations and business development within the media, consumer products, and publishing industries. He was most recently CEO & CFO of Jupiter Research where he managed a complex privatization following MCG Capital’s (NASDAQ:MCGC) acquisition of Jupiter and established a strong standalone business which generated a 2x return when Jupiter was sold to Forrester Research, Inc (NASDAQ:FORR). He previously functioned as an operating partner to Edison Venture Funds as Executive Vice president and CFO of Edgetrade Inc, a software company which develops proprietary trading algorithms. Mr. deCourtivron spent over 14 years in both domestic and international senior finance positions at The Thomson Corporation, Walt Disney and PepsiCo. He holds B.S in Finance and Marketing from Mercy College and an M.B.A. from Xavier University.
Senior Vice President of Market Strategy and Development
Joe is a seasoned health care executive with over 16 years of experience in sales, business and product development, business consulting and strategy. Joe has a broad bas e of work experience including managed care, CDH, healthcare technology, provider contracting, disease management, wellness and prevention, practice management and healthcare payment cards. Some of Joe’s experiences include heading up Oxford Health Plans Specialty Management initiative in Cardiology, running a the largest outpatient cardiovascular facility in the northeast in a turnaround situation, heading up sales for SmartFlex payment card and National Director of Business Development for CorSolutions Internet solutions group. Additionally, Joe was selected and participated in White House CDHC policy meeting with the Treasury and IRS. Joe has a BBA in Accounting from City University of New York, Baruch College where he was full member of Beta Alpha Psi (National accounting Honor Society). Joe is also a recent advisory member of Level The Field a non-profit organization for urban area youth sports and development.
VP of Information Technology
Mr. Reddy is responsible for setting and implementing the architecture and infrastructure strategy for IncentOne’s health solution applications, robust tools and portals. Mr. Reddy has 12 years of experience in information technology management. During his tenure, Mr. Reddy has been responsible for IncentOne’s technology backbone since its entrance into the health business. Prior to joining IncentOne, Mr. Reddy spent 5 Years at Infosys Mastering Global Delivery Model. Prior to that, Mr. Reddy spent time at various corporate level in Fortune 500 and Consulting projects for Microsoft, Nortel Networks and Pitney Bowes. Mr. Reddy is PMI, PMP and ITIL Certified.
Vice President of Client Services
Tom is currently Vice President of Client Services at IncentOne, Inc. He is responsible for leading an organization focused on providing customer service, business support services, product support and education services to IncentOne clients, as well as developing and managing strategic alliances with business and technology services providers to augment services associated with IncentOne solutions.
Tom brings more than twenty years of operations, professional services, business development, sales, technology delivery and client management experience to IncentOne. He has spent the last fifteen years in senior management positions working with information technology and services companies developing e-business technology services models and infrastructure.
Before joining IncentOne, Tom served as Vice President of Professional Services for CareGain, Inc. Headquartered in New Jersey. CareGain designs, develops and markets a comprehensive technology platform for banks, health plans and third-party administrators to design and administer consumer-directed healthcare product offerings.
While working with I-many, Inc., a provider of Trade Relationship Management software solutions focusing on the Life Sciences and Consumer Product Goods industries. In this role, he successfully developed and grew the services business from early start-up stage to a revenue contribution of over 30 million dollars - a contribution to total company revenue of greater than 50 percent. Additionally, Tom participated in the activities supporting the company’s successful initial public offering in July 2000.
Tom has also served as Vice President of Technical Services for AnswerSoft, Inc., a provider of customer interaction management software and services solutions, where he developed and directed the software engineering and services organization through its successful acquisition by Davox Corporation in early 1998. Prior to AnswerSoft, he served as Vice President of Professional Services for North America with Tivoli Systems, Inc., a provider of software products and services for enterprise systems management solutions. During his tenure with Tivoli the company achieved a record level of growth and profitability, which enabled a successful initial public offering, and subsequent acquisition by IBM. Prior to Tivoli Tom served in similar roles with Convex Computers, a UNIX supercomputer and applications company.
