  Founded in 1974, the National Business Group on Health, formerly the Washington Business Group on Health, is the only national non-profit organization exclusively devoted to representing the perspective of large employers and providing practical solutions to its members' most important health care problems. Recognized as the leading voice of large employers, the Business Group represents over 200 members on their most important health issues.

Institute for Health and Productivity Management

  The Institute for Health and Productivity Management was created in 1997 to make employee health an investment in corporate success through enhanced workplace performance. It grows out of work done earlier under the "Two Pens" Project on Health Care Value, carried out jointly by the National Business Coalition on Health and the National Association of Managed Care Physicians.

  The Midwest Business Group on Health (MBGH) was founded in January 1980 and today is one of the nation's leading coalitions of private and public employers. Organized as a nonprofit, tax-exempt corporation, MBGH offers employers a variety of health benefit educational seminars, networking opportunities, quality and community initiatives, demonstration projects and group purchasing programs.

  Founded in 1982, the New York Business Group on Health (NYBGH) is a not-for-profit coalition of 150 businesses and is the only organization in the New York Metropolitan area exclusively devoted to employer health benefit issues. NYBGH functions as the forum for businesses to explore contemporary healthcare issues and find practical resolutions. The mission of NYBGH is to provide leadership and knowledge to employers to promote a value-based, market-driven healthcare system.
